I am a straight-talking, down-to-earth individual who likes questioning the norm. I'm passionate and focused on building strong business longevity that puts people and growth at the forethought of their endeavours.
I pride myself on my integrity and authenticity, which has allowed me to make difficult but fair decisions, in the hardest of times, due to my belief in long-term gains over short-term wins. My philosophy in business is that if the process no longer serves, or simply isn’t good enough – blow it up and start again!
I've worked in the SME space for 20 years and my journey into Director and leadership has been unconventional to say the least. However, this quirky journey has taught me what it is to truly be a leader of people and growth.
Having joined a company in difficulty, it provided me with endless learning opportunities, allowed me to re-build the business from the bottom-up whilst providing me with real insight into what people on the ground really want from their leaders. This has been the greatest qualification into working-life within an SME and has allowed me to develop into an experienced leader, coach and mentor.

It is now my passion to share my wealth of real SME and leadership experience via coaching, mentoring and facilitation. Helping other businesses not only grow their bottom lines, but their people, future rising stars and culture. It isn’t just another job for me, it’s a real honour and privilege to share in your journey to success.
As well as running Outside the Bubble, I'm also a counsellor and visiting fellow at Cranfield University, working on the world famous Business Growth Programme (BGP) and Ready For Scale Programme.
My role of counsellor is pivotal to the growth, development and success of the owner/managers and their businesses. BGP counsellors are hand-selected professionals, with a wealth of experience and knowledge in running, managing and scaling SMEs for growth.
